I coach you in planning weekly menus for you and any of yours, including those with special needs. I can also help in preparing meals for the week.

Or invite your friends over for a cooking session. I will come to your kitchen to conduct the workshop.

Hands-on training that is fun and will give you a great deal of vital information, not to mention a fridge full of delicious meals.

Corporate workshops

As a certified Health Coach, I facilitate Employee Health and Wellness workshops. These workshops include education on how to implement better nutrition and life choices to create a healthier life, produce a more efficient day, and reduce stress in the work environment.

The workshop is a fun and informative forum for the discussion of healthy living. I utilize an interactive approach to facilitate active learning and individual empowerment. This approach allows participants to engage in discussion and interact with other attendees through various exercises and brainstorming. Participants also receive valuable takeaways for themselves, furthering their knowledge after the workshop.
